In June 1939 Parliament introduced a bill aimed at forming British Overseas Airways by amalgamating Imperial Airways with British Airways. Apparemment ce serait plutôt un problème de tirage.
Mais sur une des photos il semble bien y voir des coulures en haut de conduit de raccordement, ce n'est pas normal, tu as un emboitement a l'envers.

Les inserts sont raccordés sur des conduits de plus de 200mm, ton poêle a l'air d'avoir une sortie en 150, si tu n'a pas fait changer le tubage ou pire si tu n'as qu'un conduit maçonner (non tubé) c'est suffisant pour limiter le tirage.

Le tirage est-il bon lors de l'allumage.
Sur le forum, on as déjà eu des témoignages d’utilisateurs qui ont réussi a colmater leur conduits en seulement quelque mois (record vers 1 mois 1/2) avec de mauvaises pratiques et principalement le feu réduit, couvé ou continu.

Les autres causes de mauvais tirages sont
- Rétrécissement ou coudes sur le conduit d'évacuation
- présence d'une VMC
- arrivée d'air insuffisante, l'idéal étant une prise d'air directement a l'extérieur
- conduit ne dépasse pas assez du faitage (mini 40cm)
- bâtiments ou grands arbres a proximité de la sortie de cheminée
Sans oublier bien sur la cause principale de la mauvaise combustion: du bois pas assez sec.
